Comments: An interesting one, as it is
not a game, but instead a gambling device! You can enter a horse's
race history data (I assume gathered from a newspaper), and then the
device will computate odds and such for you. I guess it was
meant to be brought to the track for gambling assistance - Is that
legal?!?!
